ENROLMENT PROCEDURE

If you do not have a SchoolHub account, please create one using your email address

Even if you have already taken part into a Régent Camp or a Rosey Camp, you will have to create an account as we have created a new app!

*Please note that a scan of the student’s first passport page will be required in order to submit the application form.

Once you have created your SchoolHub account, please proceed to the camps application

If you are not automatically logged in, you can log in with the same credentials you have used on step 1
From the camps application, you can now choose your desired camp, session, as well as your options (if any are available)
Please make sure to carefully read & fill out all the forms
Once you have added your desired camp to your cart, make sure to carefully read our different policies
Once you have accepted our policies, finalise your application(s) by clicking “send applications” in the cart page

Upon receipt of the application form, we will inform you whether places remain available at the camp(s) chosen. You will then receive an application fee invoice of CHF 1,000.- per child which allows us to proceed with your application. It has to be paid upon receipt

STEP 4

Upon receipt of the application fee, we will then send you written confirmation along with:
- the invoice for the camp (including the pocket money); should you wish to confirm your child’s place, we kindly request that you settle the invoice within 30 days of the billing date

STEP 5

Upon receipt of the full payment, you will receive:

general information on the camp (packing list, arrival schedule, phone times, etc…)
the arrival and departure form

CANCELLATION & REIMBURSEMENT CONDITIONS

Régent Camps does not offer cancellation insurance. We strongly recommend that parents verify that their insurance can cover refund for cancellation before start of the camp or in case of early departure from the camp.
If a participant is expelled for disciplinary reasons, or leaves before the end of the camp, no fees will be reimbursed.

In case of cancellation before 1st May 2025, 70% of camp fees will be refunded. Full refund of pocket money.

For cancellations after 1st May 2025 the full amount (application and camp fees) is retained. Full refund of pocket money.

Camp fees are quoted in Swiss francs; if a payment is made in a foreign currency, the exchange rate of the day of the transaction will be used. Any difference in favour of the payment will be credited, or, in the case of a shortfall, a further payment will be invoiced.
We accept payment made by bank transfer or credit cards through Convera platform.
A place is reserved upon receipt of the application fee, then confirmed upon full payment. In accordance with our Financial Conditions, a single full payment is required for enrolments made after 1st April 2025.
Inquiries by telephone cannot guarantee a reservation.
All our programmes have a fixed duration. Students are expected to complete the full programme. Late arrivals or early departures cannot be accommodated.
We reserve the right to withdraw an application in case of incompatibility with the chosen camp: for example, health concerns impeding full participation in the programme, schedule conflict rendering the student unable to attend for the entire camp duration, request for time allocation for work unrelated to the camp…
If you require a visa to enter Switzerland, we recommend applying for a multiple-entry Schengen visa. Switzerland is part of Schengen States. Please read carefully the following link to determine if your child needs a visa to enter Switzerland: Swiss State Secretariat for Migration SEM
